"I took my kids here last weekend..."
I took my kids here last weekend and was surprised by how clean it was. The floors, bathrooms, and seating areas all looked really well taken care of, and I kept seeing staff wiping things down, which definitely made me feel better. Weird detail I remember for some reason: even the little ledge by the shoe cubbies wasn’t dusty. It’s just nice to go to a trampoline park that actually feels tidy.

"Check-in and the waiver were confusing??"
Check-in took way longer than I expected because the whole waiver process was confusing?? We kept getting sent back by the staff to redo parts of it, and by the time we were finally done, the kids were already bored before we even got started.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made the visit easy. The kids had a great time too. It was maybe a little busy at times, but nothing that spoiled the day.

"Easy visit with quick lines"
It wasn’t too crowded when we went, which I really appreciated since I like to keep an eye on the kids without feeling overwhelmed. The lines moved fast, so we barely had to wait, and the kids ended up having a great time.

"Decent Snacks, But a Bit Overpriced"
The pizza was decent, nothing amazing but it did the job. The drinks felt a little overpriced though, so I’d probably skip those next time or plan ahead

"Great help when we hit a little snag"
We had a small issue with our booking, but the staff just sorted it out really quickly and were super nice about it. The kids still had a great time, and we’ll definitely be back

"Fun outing, but a little expensive in my opinion"
My kids had a really good time, so I’m glad we went. That said, I personally felt like the prices were a bit high for what you actually get. It’s fun for a treat, but probably not something I’d do too often

"Kids had fun, but supervision could be better"
Had a fun time overall, and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Just felt like staff could’ve kept a closer eye near the busy dodgeball area since it got hectic.

"I feel kind of stupid for trusting..."
I feel kind of stupid for trusting the hype because I really thought there would be more to do here. The place was okay, but after a little while it all started to feel like the same jumping areas over and over. My kids usually can keep themselves entertained at places like this, but they got bored fast. It’s fine if you’re just stopping in for a short visit, but for the price, I expected more variety and different attractions.

"Heads up before booking a birthday party here"
We had a birthday party here it was disappointing. The staff seemed really unorganized, which made the whole thing feel a lot more stressful than it should have been. Just a warning to others: if you’re planning something special, you may want to double-check everything ahead of time or consider another place.
